For those of you who want a custom product according to your wishes, we are opening a Pre-Order service with the following conditions:

We will confirm the specifications and agreement before work begins
Process
Production will take a maximum of 7 working days (depending on the number of pieces)
Progress Update
We will send a progress update on the 5th to 7th day
Revision
If necessary, a maximum of 1 revision can be made
Final Confirmation
We will contact you to ensure the product is as expected
Packing & Shipping
Products will be shipped after your approval
Pre-Order Terms
- Processing time is a maximum of 7 business days, depending on the number of pieces
- Working days = Monday–Saturday (excluding Sundays and national holidays)
- Revisions can only be made once
- Progress updates will be provided on the 5th to 7th day
